These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blosum, including our websites, applications, software, AI-enabled features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Blosum is a product operated and provided by Sovra Care, Inc. (“Sovra Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization; a separate commercial agreement may also apply.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us at support@blosum.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Blosum helps people understand and plan for healthcare costs. Depending on your plan and location, the Services may include:
Features, availability, data sources, limits, and pricing may change over time. Some features may be experimental, limited, or offered only in certain plans or locations.
Prices, coverage information, provider information, savings estimates, tax indicators, and planning amounts are informational estimates. Actual charges and benefits can vary based on the provider, location, billing codes, pharmacy, timing, clinical circumstances, network status, deductible progress, plan rules, and other factors.
You are responsible for confirming prices, availability, credentials, coverage, and expected out-of-pocket costs directly with the applicable provider, pharmacy, insurer, plan administrator, or licensed professional before receiving care or making a financial decision. A provider listing is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.
Genie and other AI-enabled features may generate incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information, even when a response appears confident or specific. Outputs are provided for general informational and planning purposes only and must be independently verified.
Blosum does not issue insurance or decide claims. If the Services connect you with an insurer, broker, marketplace, provider, pharmacy, Direct Primary Care practice, financial account provider, or other third party, that party is responsible for its own products, services, licensing, pricing, eligibility decisions, and terms. Unless we clearly state otherwise, references or links do not constitute an endorsement.
An employer, broker, association, or other organization may invite you to Blosum or pay for your access. The sponsoring organization’s separate agreement with Sovra Care governs its relationship with us. These Terms govern your individual use of the Services.
Your access may change or end if the sponsoring relationship ends. Our Privacy Policy explains what information a sponsoring organization may receive. Sponsors do not control your healthcare decisions.
Blosum may offer free and paid plans. Prices, billing periods, included features, trial terms, and any automatic-renewal terms will be shown before purchase. If you begin a paid subscription, you authorize us or the applicable app store or payment processor to charge the payment method on file, including applicable taxes, at the disclosed interval until cancellation.
You may cancel through the account or billing settings, the applicable app store, or by contacting support@blosum.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
If a trial does not require a payment method, access to trial features will end or revert to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe. If a trial will convert to a paid subscription, the price and renewal terms will be disclosed before you enroll.
You retain any rights you have in information, documents, receipts, questions, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You give Sovra Care a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. Do not upload another person’s confidential, medical, insurance, or financial information unless you are authorized to do so.

The Services may include information, integrations, or links provided by third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Sovra Care is not responsible for third-party services, content, acts, omissions, availability, or accuracy.
Sovra Care and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, technology, and associated intellectual property. Blosum and its logos are brands of Sovra Care, Inc. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use the Services.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You may stop using Blosum and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay applicable fees, or if suspension is required by law or by the end of an organization-sponsored arrangement.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SOVRA CARE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information, estimate, provider listing, AI output, or potential savings will be complete, current, or accurate.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVRA CARE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, SAVINGS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Sovra Care for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date, and we will provide additional notice when required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
